FORENSIC CONSULTATIONS FOR CLINICIANS

Dr. Grosso offers consultations to mental health professionals. Professionals utilize his knowledge, experience, and training to address challenging clinical situations that managed poorly, could lead to possible legal action. Dr. Grosso indicates that he is not an attorney nor will he discuss any circumstance as an attorney. Rather, his focus addresses how an expert witness would view presented information to an attorney should a clinician face legal action. Thus, he gives clinicians the opportunity to view their clinical quandary from a preventive perspective: before legal action is initiated.

Dr. Grosso's consultations have helped many mental health clinicians consider their reasonable clinical choices before that take action that could trigger a malpractice or administrative action. 

His policy allows clinicians to call him and discuss their legal challenge. If he's solves it within five minutes he will not charge you a fee. Otherwise, he will offer you the choice to continue the consultation at his regular consultation fee of $150.00, which is only offered to mental health clinicians.
